Multimedia Specialist, Senior
Perform as a Graphic Designer with expertise in design principles, an exceptional eye for detail, and a passion for producing creative and impactful visual materials that support the client’s mission and enhance brand identity. On our team, you will create and deliver high-impact visual products that support mission-focused media development, interactive courseware, and immersive learning environments.
Responsibilities
- Design art assets, motion graphics, 3D models, illustrations, animations, and visual effects using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, Substance Painter, Redshift, vRay, Renderman, and Unreal Engine 5.
- Develop files for both print and digital media, ensuring brand consistency, visual clarity, and technical accuracy across all products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain flexibility through iterative revisions, and apply meticulous attention to detail and cultural nuance in all deliverables.
- Ensure all content adheres to required standards and complies with Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Requirements
- Experience creating visual assets and interactive media for professional or mission-focused environments.
- Experience producing motion graphics, 3D models, illustrations, animations, or visual effects using modern multimedia software.
- Experience developing design files for both print and digital delivery.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, Substance Painter, Redshift, vRay, Renderman, or Unreal Engine 5.
- Knowledge of best practices for visual design, composition, layout, rendering, and color accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to iterative revision cycles.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Master's degree and 10+ years of experience creating multimedia products or Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience creating multimedia products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing culturally informed visual products tailored to specific audiences or regions.
- Experience leading teams of artists and designers to accomplish operational or strategic objectives.
- Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual, motion, or interactive design work.

Pay
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
