Senior Motion Graphic Designer

About the role

Location: Amanora Park Town, Pune. Full-time position for a Motion Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital content, social media, ads, videos, and other media.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align animations with branding and messaging strategies.
• Edit video content to add motion graphics, visual effects, and animations to elevate storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, incorporating new skills to keep animations fresh and engaging.
• Prepare files for export across various platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility and quality.
• Create content that effectively communicates the intended scenario.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing animations and graphics.
• Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with small video tools for quick video creation.
• Knowledge of AI tools to enhance video attractiveness is compulsory.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus (optional).
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
