Senior Mortgage Loan Processor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan Processor / Loan Partner to join our growing mortgage team. This role requires strong mortgage processing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of files and manage details without needing constant supervision
• Communicate clearly with borrowers to ensure smooth loan processes
• Ensure all loans move smoothly from contract to closing
• Work closely with loan officers, borrowers, underwriting, title, insurance, appraisal, and closing teams to maintain file completeness and clear conditions
• Contribute to shaping our operations process as the branch grows

Requirements

• Strong mortgage processing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
