Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Software Engineer to lead development, integration, execution, and analysis of real-time simulations in support of Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems. The successful candidate will be a significant contributor to the technical effort while also leading a small team—planning resources and schedule to accomplish customer objectives. This position is located on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Travel: Yes, 0‑10%.
Responsibilities
- Development, integration, execution, & analysis of real-time M&S products to support the U.S. Army in various lab and range venues including all-digital and Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) venues.
- Design & develop simulations using tactical and simulation communication protocols.
- Integrate simulation and tactical software changes into real-time simulations.
