Senior Mobile Engineer

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale architecture for native iOS and Android apps to support real-time AI interactions
• Lead implementation of mobile-specific AI capabilities with a focus on low-latency and multi-modal inputs
• Take ownership of the full mobile development lifecycle, from specs to deployment and optimization on AWS
• Mentor engineers at all levels through thoughtful code reviews and collaborative guidance
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on challenges such as offline syncing and high-volume data handling

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in mobile development
• Proven expertise in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), with a willingness to work across both platforms
• Experience leading projects and driving technical strategy for mobile features
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex
• Strong understanding of mobile design patterns and asynchronous programming, especially for AI tasks

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
