Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for new and existing Allegion products.
- Work closely with product management and other functional stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into elegant implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams for product development.
- Conduct peer reviews for code and design.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and process.
- Serve as a mobility subject matter expert in the project.
- Work autonomously while being an effective team player.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent in years of relevant work experience.
- 5 to 7 Years of experience in Software Application Development.
- Located in the Colorado Metro Area.
- Strong proficiency in native iOS app development using Swift with Android development experience considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and design principles.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
- Experience in unit testing or Test-Driven Development (TDD) for mobile applications.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD.
- Strong knowledge of software design, design patterns.
- Experience in Rapid Prototyping.
- Experience in Scrum and Agile Philosophy.
- Thorough understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- At least one versioning tool experience (preferred Git).
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
- Ability to relate to others demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in the decision-making process, ability to assess risk, and act with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.

Pay
The expected Base Salary Range: $123,550.00 - $164,060. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
