About the role
We are seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our team in a customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality welds efficiently, meeting customer specifications.
- Determine appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
- Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspections.
- Maintain production records to ensure correct output.
- Organize and prioritize work based on complexity, methods, and deadlines.
- Weld various materials including mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel in different positions.
- Ensure precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety standards.
- Perform other duties as required to support manufacturing processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
