Senior MIG Welder

About the role

Sintel Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Senior MIG Welder to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of welding experience, including proficiency with MIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities

• Operate MIG welders to produce high-quality welds on various metal components.
• Follow detailed blueprints and welding procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of welding equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 5 years of welding experience, including MIG welding.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer software.
