About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot administration specialist to join our dynamic team. This position offers a 6-month contract starting on July 1, 2026, with potential for a permanent role in our AI operations or AI governance team.

Core capability needs

  • Microsoft Purview administration
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot administration and governance
  • DLP policy configuration, including Copilot Studio / Power Platform controls
  • Copilot Studio / agent governance concepts
  • eDiscovery support and compliance team integration
  • Purview reporting and monitoring, including AI usage / token-pack burn if available
  • M365 administration depth beyond SharePoint
  • Ability to partner with Snowflake / data platform teams where governance intersects with enterprise data
  • Ability to create practical runbooks, operating cadence, and admin processes

Requirements

For this role, we require candidates with:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot administration
  • Strong understanding of DLP policies and governance concepts
  • Experience with Copilot Studio / Power Platform controls
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery and compliance processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Purview and M365 Copilot administration
  • Experience with DLP policy configuration and eDiscovery support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to the Dallas office.
