Full-time
About the role
We are looking for someone to step into a tight-knit, 7-person SCM consulting elite squad. You won't just be tweaking standard settings; you will be the architect translating deeply complex business requirements into elegant D365 F&O solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, configuring, and implementing SCM, Manufacturing, and Master Planning modules.
- Leading the charge on workshops and training sessions, talking to stakeholders without making their eyes glaze over.
- Driving the continuous standardisation of their ERP landscape as they migrate heavily into the cloud.
- Managing the gritty realities of data migration, system integration, and customising (while actively advising clients on how to reduce custom code through standardisation).
- Working in proper, self-organising two-week agile sprints.
Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (specifically within SCM, Manufacturing, or Master Planning).
- If your experience is purely theoretical, this isn't for you.
- You need a rock-solid understanding of discrete manufacturing BOMs and intercompany supply chains.
- You must be fluent in both German and English (Minimum B2).
- The team speaks English as a common language, but you need German for the local nuance. If you can't confidently banter and negotiate in both, it won't work out.
- It’s about 5% overall, but it happens in planned, international blocks during project roll-outs. If you refuse to leave your postcode or panic at the sight of a departure lounge, step away now.
- We need self-starters. If you need to be micromanaged, or if you only have experience in rigid, heavily serial-production environments and refuse to adapt to anything else, we will pass.
Perks & The Payoff
- Lifestyle: Proper hybrid working. Up to 3 days a week in your home office. When you are in the office, you can choose between their stunning Graz HQ, or hubs in Eisenstadt, Klagenfurt, Linz, or Vienna.
- Extras: 25 days of holiday (5 weeks) to switch off completely. Access to a 24/7 on-site gym, a heavily subsidised canteen, leasing bikes, and fully funded language training.
- Contract: Permanent, full-time, with flexible working hours.
The Process
- Step 1: An online chat with HR and the Consulting Lead (Max 1 hour. No trick questions, just establishing mutual value).
- Step 2: An on-site meeting in Graz to meet the team, feel the culture, and see if the chemistry is there.
- Step 3: The Final Offer.
