Senior Microsoft 365 Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Architect to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $114,600 – $252,100 annually Responsibilities Lead the design and deployment of a new Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant Drive technical discussions with executives to shape collaboration strategies Architect governance and automation across M365 services Develop enterprise-wide policies for collaboration and data protection Implement governance for Microsoft Copilot and AI workflows Integrate Microsoft 365 with Dynamics 365 and other applications Create engineering documentation, including governance playbooks and SOPs Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with federal standards Qualifications BA + 15 years, AA + 18 years, MA + 12 years, or 21+ years of relevant experience 8+ years in Microsoft 365 architecture and modernization Experience with Microsoft Entra ID concepts like hybrid identity and Conditional Access Expert understanding of Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot Extensive experience in O365 services implementation and migration Strong customer service mindset working with diverse stakeholders Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage Wellness support programs Financial and retirement benefits Family support resources Continuing education and development programs Paid time off benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
