Senior MEP Manager

About the role

Act as the owner's onsite advocate, overseeing MEP systems from pre-construction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves design review, MEP coordination, field oversight, contractor management, commissioning (L1-L5), and client-facing project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle: pre-construction, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Conduct design reviews and MEP coordination.
• Provide field oversight and manage contractors.
• Lead commissioning (L1-L5) and ensure successful system integration and operational readiness.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risk in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Drive project execution and represent the owner's interests on complex construction projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years of MEP/construction experience across mission-critical or complex commercial projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including commissioning.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, coordinate trades, and drive delivery across project phases.
• Experience owning scope, schedule, cost, and risk within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Open to travel.
