Senior Clinicians may be eligible for a hiring bonus of up to $2,500!! Senior Clinicians may be eligible for a relocation reimbursement.

The Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) is a residential, sex offense specific treatment program in a modified therapeutic community and secure setting that provides services to over 700 individuals who have been civilly committed for sexual offending. Responsibilities

• Providing group therapy and some individual counseling
• Preparing written documentation for internal and external audiences
• Creating treatment plans
• Delivering psycho-educational curriculums
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Conducting diagnostic and other assessments
• Providing clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• Licensure in the State of Minnesota as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LP, LPCC, LMFT)

Pay & Schedule

Hourly rate: $34.69 – $51.45
Annual salary: $72,433 – $107,428
