Senior Mental Health Counselor – Youth Residential Services

About the role

We are seeking experienced Senior Mental Health Counselors to provide direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate services, mentor staff, offer consultation and education, and support program development to ensure quality services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least five years of clinical experience.
• Applicable Alaska licensure (e.g., Social Worker, Psychologist, Counselor) upon hire.
