Role Overview The Senior Mental Health Counselor Masters provides counseling, education, and case management within a structured outpatient substance use treatment program. As part of a multidisciplinary team, they demonstrate advanced clinical skills, support program development, and mentor other clinicians to enhance client care quality. The role involves supporting milieu treatment, developing group curriculum, and promoting growth for clients and staff. Key responsibilities include delivering individual, group, and relational therapy services in an intensive outpatient setting.
