We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Counselor (Master's) to provide comprehensive mental health services in an on-site clinical setting. Responsibilities include Direct client care through treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapySupporting the development of quality services, standards of practice, and new programsServing as a resource for clinicians with advanced clinical skillsOffering consultation, education, and mentoring to staffCoordinating with healthcare professionals, including physicians and ARNPs, to ensure integrated carePlanning and delivering client, family, peer, and community educationMaintaining current knowledge and supporting program goals through professional development Qualifications Include Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related Health fieldAlaska licensure (Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist) upon hireAt least 5 years of clinical experience Ideal Candidates Will Possess Strong clinical skills, ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to quality care.
