Senior Membership Specialist

About the Role: UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN is looking for a driven and energetic Senior Membership Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our gym — connecting with prospective and current members to help them start and sustain their fitness journey. Responsibilities: Drive membership sales through prospecting, tours, follow-ups, and closing new member agreementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with current members to support retention and renewalsConduct engaging gym tours and present membership options tailored to individual goalsMeet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)Assist in developing and executing local marketing and outreach initiativesMentor and support junior membership staff on sales techniques and member engagementHandle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism Requirements: 2+ years of experience in membership sales, fitness sales, or a related customer-facing sales roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitnessAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekendsExperience with CRM software or membership management systems preferredSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team leaderHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus About Us: UFC Gym is a globally recognized fitness brand built on the training principles of Ultimate Fighting Championship athletes, offering world-class group fitness, personal training, and youth programs.
