Senior Member Services Advocate (Remote)
About the role
The Senior Member Advocate plays a crucial role in supporting clients by handling inquiries and requests related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree, and Exchange programs. This role involves providing exceptional support to inbound callers, ensuring compliance, and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange inquiries and requests.
- Aid with enrollment related to Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange programs.
- Answer calls professionally, with high energy and a positive attitude and a little charm.
- Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call details accordingly.
- Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately.
- Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution.
- Be able to jump in and help, working under general supervision following established procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange is required and non-negotiable.
- 5+ years’ experience with Health Spending Account, COBRA, Retiree or Exchange is ideal.
- Strong customer-centric mindset.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in a similar role within a healthcare or benefits administration setting.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and familiarity with health insurance plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits
Businessolver offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and paid time off. The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 dollars per hour (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).

This is a full-time role with shifts between 7am and 7pm CT.
