Senior Medium/Heavy duty Technician

The Work

• Handle complex diagnostics without relying on others
• Can follow structured processes without being chased
• Communicate clearly with management and the team
• Take ownership of their work—whether in the shop or in the field
• Diagnose and repair heavy-duty diesel trucks and systems
• Perform preventative maintenance that reduces real failures
• Utilize modern diagnostic tools on late-model equipment
• Complete mobile service calls independently and professionally
• Follow established protocols and report progress to management
• Deliver repairs that meet safety and performance standards

Requirements

• A proven track record of handling challenging diagnostics and repairs
• Experience with modern diagnostic tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of heavy-duty diesel trucks and systems
• Proficiency in preventative maintenance procedures
• Ability to work in both shop and field environments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred
