Responsibilities
- Contribute clinical expertise to enhance local execution plans for better patient outcomes
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to stay informed about healthcare trends
- Align medical strategies with patient-centric priorities
- Share evidence-based information to demonstrate product value to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape and deliver local medical initiatives
- Lead special projects and mentor new hires as required
- Assist with clinical trial programs and provide feedback for optimal performance
Qualifications
- MD/DO, PharmD, or PhD in life sciences required
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs
- Experience with nephrology or immune mediated kidney disease preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and patient care delivery
- Exceptional business acumen and knowledge of the competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead project teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
Pay
- $169,222 – $253,000 annually
