Senior Medical Science Liaison, Nephrology-AR, KS, OK, North East TX

Responsibilities

• Contribute clinical insights to the local medical engagement execution plan to enhance patient outcomes
• Forge and leverage relationships with healthcare thought leaders and organizations in the territory
• Maintain expertise on ecosystem dynamics to align with patient-centric strategies
• Act as a credible source of evidence-based information about nephrology and the company’s products
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute localized medical strategies and initiatives
• Mentor peers in functional and therapeutic development and support clinical trials as needed
• Collect and interpret medical insights to inform evidence generation efforts

Requirements

• MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in Nephrology or immunology-related roles
• Strong grasp of health systems' interconnectivity and patient care delivery
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to lead strategic projects and teams effectively

Pay

$169,222 – $253,000 annually
