For our client, we are seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison Nephrology-AR KS OK North East TX to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $169,222 – $253,000 annually Responsibilities Contribute clinical insights to the local medical engagement execution plan to enhance patient outcomes Forge and leverage relationships with healthcare thought leaders and organizations in the territory Maintain expertise on ecosystem dynamics to align with patient-centric strategies Act as a credible source of evidence-based information about nephrology and the company’s products Collaborate with internal teams to execute localized medical strategies and initiatives Mentor peers in functional and therapeutic development and support clinical trials as needed Collect and interpret medical insights to inform evidence generation efforts Qualifications MD/DO, PharmD or PhD in life sciences required 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in Nephrology or immunology-related roles Strong grasp of health systems' interconnectivity and patient care delivery Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to lead strategic projects and teams effectively Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Basic life and disability insurance provided by the company Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance Generous 401(k) match and flexible paid time off Paid holidays and company leave programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
