Senior Medical Science Liaison, Medical Affairs

Role Overview: The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based professional responsible for scientific exchange and relationship-building with healthcare and scientific communities in the Gynaecological Oncology area, focusing on Genmab’s hematology and oncology portfolio. Key Responsibilities Scientific Expertise: Serve as a local expert, stay updated on products, clinical landscape, and competitors.Medical/Scientific Engagement: Build and maintain relationships, provide balanced scientific information, gather insights, and represent the company at conferences.Clinical Trials & Research: Support clinical studies, collaborate with investigators, and facilitate investigator-sponsored trials.Territory Management: Develop and execute local plans aligned with global objectives, support publication planning.Training & Education: Educate colleagues on clinical data and medicines.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively. Qualifications & Skills Advanced scientific or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in gynaecologic oncology.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with experience in clinical trials and product launches.Strong understanding of compliance regulations (FSA-Kodex, EFPIA, IFPMA).Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and fluency in German and English.Technical proficiency with MS Office and business applications.
