Senior Medical Science Liaison, Medical Affairs

Role: The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based professional responsible for scientific exchange, building relationships with healthcare and scientific communities, and providing clinical and scientific information related to the company's hematology and oncology portfolio. Responsibilities Act as a local expert, staying current on clinical landscapes and competitive products.Engage with healthcare professionals to share knowledge and gather insights on emerging data and clinical practices.Represent the company at medical conferences and support engagement with health technology agencies.Collaborate on clinical trials, including site identification, feasibility, and investigator engagement.Implement territory plans aligned with global medical objectives and support publication activities.Provide training to colleagues and establish cross-functional relationships to enhance medical initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Advanced degree (Pharm D, PhD, MD) with a minimum of 2 years of MSL or Medical Affairs experience, preferably in gynecologic oncology.Experience with clinical trial conduct and product launches is advantageous.Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.Knowledge of compliance regulations (FSA-Kodex, EFPIA, IFPMA).Fluency in German and English, with proficiency in MS Office and business applications.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt positively to changing demands.
