(Senior) Medical Science Liaison, Hematology - Western US

Responsibilities

• Engage as a credible medical expert with KMEs and HCPs to improve clinical decision-making
• Establish and nurture long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders
• Act as a solutions-provider to the medical community through consistent engagement
• Contribute to US Medical strategy initiatives and objectives
• Deliver high-quality insights and reports using Veeva to inform clinical strategies

Qualifications

• Advanced Scientific or Clinical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) required
• Experience as a Field Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is essential
• Reside within the Western US territory for local engagement
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt to different audiences
• Familiarity with digital tools and technology for effective communication and documentation
• Proven accountability with a track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs
• Strong ethical standards in line with industry regulations
