(Senior) Medical Science Liaison, Hematology - Eastern US

Responsibilities

• Engage with Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to support clinical decision-making
• Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with stakeholders, promoting collaborative partnerships
• Act as a responsive partner, providing solutions to leaders in the medical community
• Engage in projects aligned with US Medical strategy and objectives
• Meet and exceed qualitative and quantitative medical excellence performance goals
• Capture and report medical insights using Veeva accurately to inform clinical strategies

Qualifications

• Advanced Scientific or Clinical degree; doctoral level required (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP)
• Field Medical Science Liaison (MSL) experience required
• Must reside within the territory covering the Eastern half of the U.S.
• Effective communication skills, with an ability to empathize and adjust to various audiences
• Comfortable utilizing and experimenting with new technology
• Demonstrates accountability with a strong motivation to meet or exceed performance metrics
• Commitment to ethical standards in the industry
• Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight and occasionally on weekends
