Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and validate business requirements for LogiCole and DML-ES core application roadmaps.
- Analyze end-to-end medical logistics workflows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on medical materiel management, supply chain operations, and readiness requirements.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure business terminology, workflows, and data elements are accurately represented.
- Ensure proper use of authoritative, referential, and derived data across medical logistics applications.
- Identify data quality issues, gaps, and inconsistencies; recommend corrective actions.
- Support data mapping, lineage tracking, and integration analysis across systems.
- Conduct verification and validation (V&V) of functional and technical processes, participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
- Document defects, track resolution, and validate fixes.
- Leverage knowledge management techniques and resources to create capabilities and assets that enable the organization to exploit opportunities and reuse existing knowledge.
- Ensure knowledge products are accurate, accessible, and aligned with enterprise KM standards.
- Support trainings and briefings at scheduled events (conferences, leadership engagement, etc.).
- Leverage SAFe 6.0 methodologies: To ensure all features/enhancements are tested against clear, measurable acceptance criteria.
- To ensure continuous compliance using enterprise tools and standards that will create reuse, scalability, extensibility, innovation and alignment.
- Decompose roadmap elements into epics and features.
Qualifications
- Experience with federal supply chain, policies, processes and data.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience.
- DoW experience and/or familiarity strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- SAFe experience or certification preferred.
- Clearance Requirement: US Citizen or Green card holder. Willing and able to obtain and maintain Public Trust, Tier 2 Clearance.
