Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Review and fact check pharmaceutical content: slide decks, digital, traditional
- Check for regulatory compliancy with requirements, and target audience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements
- Copy edit, proofread, and fact check materials
- Support the editorial team as needed and oversee a small team
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and fact check
- Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, spelling, grammar, and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's required
- 4+ years of experience as a Medical Editor with experience in a pharma agency setting
- AOR experience in a pharmaceutical agency
- Previous experience with AMA style guide required
- Veeva experience strongly preferred
- Experience fact checking, annotating and referencing required
- Ability to pass an editing assessment
- Strong collaboration skills preferred
- Available during business hours through the length of the contract and available to start immediately
Pay
$45-55/hr (W2) DOE
