Senior Medical Director, Medical Affairs, Neurology

Location: Sleepy Hollow, New York; Warren, New Jersey; or Cambridge, Massachusetts. If hired in Warren, NJ or Cambridge, MA, frequent travel to Sleepy Hollow, NY may be required.

About the Role

You will maintain deep scientific and medical knowledge of Neurology/Myasthenia Gravis, the treatment landscape, and clinical decision-making. As an integral member of the cross-functional Medical Team, you will:

• Co-develop medical strategy and plan & execute medical affairs activities at Regeneron.
• Provide medical leadership and serve as a key scientific/medical resource.
• Oversee data generation, analysis, and interpretation for Phase 4 studies, including interventional and observational research.
• Ensure the medical content of post-marketing study reports, clinical data analyses, safety monitoring, and activities that ensure patient safety.
• Support the development of strategic medical plans, publications, communications, and integrated evidence generation.
• Develop and present medical content at congresses, symposia, and advisory boards.
• Proactively incorporate the voices of patients and physicians into cross-functional teams to enable effective and impactful decision-making.
• Provide medical training for internal staff on investigational and/or approved products, disease states, and unmet needs.

Requirements

• MD or equivalent with board eligibility/board certification in Neurology, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of Medical Affairs experience in Pharma/Biotech.
• PhD or PharmD with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience and 8+ years of Medical Affairs experience in Pharma/Biotech.
• Direct experience in Myasthenia Gravis or Neurology Rare Disease, with prior launch experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, matrix environment with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of all medical affairs accountabilities.
• Thorough understanding of the Neurology and Myasthenia Gravis healthcare environment and key stakeholders.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $333,300.00 - $450,900.00.
