Senior Medical Director-Clinical Informatics

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Medical Director-Clinical Informatics to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a senior clinical and operational leader at the intersection of patient care, informatics, and workflow design. The position will shape how clinical priorities are translated into practical tools and processes that support ambulatory care, quality initiatives, and enterprise-wide clinical effectiveness. The right candidate will partner closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve clinician experience, support system optimization, and drive better patient outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $184,112 – $396,550 annually Responsibilities Serve as the senior product leader for Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains, bridging clinical and technical insights. Lead electronic health record optimization efforts to enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes. Translate organizational priorities into workflows and clinician tools in partnership with leaders. Support system upgrades, testing, and serve as clinical sponsor for enterprise go-lives. Monitor and recommend continuous improvement of system enhancements across the enterprise. Qualifications Licensed clinician in good standing: MD/DO, NP, or PA. Enthusiastic about remaining in clinical practice, approximately 20% clinical FTE. 10-12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated excellence in patient outcomes. Completion of Builder training and certification, or willingness to obtain. Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
