About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations including quality control, production scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is advantageous.
