About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations including quality control, production scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is advantageous.
