Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted scientific and strategic partner to clients, contributing to brand discussions, shaping messaging, and guiding program direction
- Lead the development of high-impact promo med ed and medical affairs materials, including field medical slide decks, MSL training materials, scientific platforms, ad board materials, speaker training materials, and omnichannel educational assets, ensuring content is both scientifically rigorous and aligned to broader brand objectives
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compelling, and strategically relevant narratives for HCP audiences
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including analytics and insights groups, to create more targeted and effective engagement strategies
- Play an active role in client-facing interactions, including presentations, advisory boards, and ongoing strategic discussions
- Guide and elevate content across deliverables, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment
- Mentor and support junior team members, with increasing people leadership responsibilities depending on level
Key Qualifications
- Advanced scientific degree required (PhD, PharmD)
- 3-5+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or healthcare agency environment
- Strong track record in scientific content development and storytelling
- Experience in client-facing roles, with confidence presenting and leading discussions
- Experience in promotional medical education and/or medical affairs work (experience across both is a plus)
- Experience in oncology, immunology, neurology, or rare disease is a plus
