Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional US Medical Affairs team for Hematology
  • Develop and update the overall asset US Medical Plan
  • Execute integrated evidence generation plans and clinical studies
  • Drive scientific communications and publication plans
  • Prepare and lead scientific advisory board meetings with key experts

Qualifications

  • MD, PharmD, or PhD with 6+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong expertise in hematologic malignancies and previous clinical oncology experience preferred
  • Proven track record in developing medical plans and customer engagement strategies
  • Experience in launching hematology/oncology products
  • Strong understanding of the overall drug development process
  • Successful leadership in organizing medical advisory boards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix environment
