Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional US Medical Affairs team for Hematology
- Develop and update the overall asset US Medical Plan
- Execute integrated evidence generation plans and clinical studies
- Drive scientific communications and publication plans
- Prepare and lead scientific advisory board meetings with key experts

Qualifications
- MD, PharmD, or PhD with 6+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Strong expertise in hematologic malignancies and previous clinical oncology experience preferred
- Proven track record in developing medical plans and customer engagement strategies
- Experience in launching hematology/oncology products
- Strong understanding of the overall drug development process
- Successful leadership in organizing medical advisory boards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrix environment
