Senior Medical Courier

Responsibilities
- Act as a floater for the logistics team, providing coverage for various routes as needed
- Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers
- Assist with dispatch and pickups when needed
- Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups
- Complete daily pick-up schedule in a timely manner
- Deliver all daily pickups to your branch at the end of your shift
- Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
- Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws
- Utilize a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups
- Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pickups as needed
- Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous driver or courier experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position

Pay
$17.75 - $26.00 per hour. All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills, prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 3:00 AM (must be flexible).
