Senior Medicaid Business Analyst

This is a 12-month, 100% remote contract role with one of our premium clients. Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience and an active H1B, H4EAD, USC, GC, or GCEAD visa. The position requires involvement in a state Medicaid project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities and projects, including scope, schedules, quality, change management, and financials
• Drive collaboration and coordination with MITRE and CMS teams
• Implement information systems in a client-facing role
• Prepare for ORR (Operational Readiness Review) prep cycles
• Create technical documentation such as playbooks and manuals
• Use project tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, MITAPulse)
• Manage staff in matrix or direct reporting relationships

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a healthcare-related role, ideally in analytics or reporting
• Project management experience
• Exceptional technical writing skills
• Experience with state Medicaid projects
