Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (Mobile)
About the role
As a RSR Maintenance Technician (Mobile), you will perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems in accordance with standard operating procedures, internal requirements, manufacturer specifications, and safety policies. This position focuses on routine maintenance tasks and does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine proactive and reactive maintenance on buildings and equipment, including BMS, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Execute tasks assigned by supervisors or Work Control, documenting and finalizing work requests as needed.
- Respond to, complete, and close work order requests in the CMMS system, ensuring accurate time and task reporting for tracking and billing.
- Follow all C&W Services safety policies and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Maintain a positive working relationship across all operations facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Experience troubleshooting general conveyance systems and building systems.
- General knowledge of tools, building maintenance procedures, and industrial facility equipment.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong written and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.
- Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field (preferred).
- Experience with robotic operation and maintenance (preferred).
- Experience or knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems, Fire Life Safety (FLS) systems (preferred).
Skills
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in using CMMS systems.

Pay
$32.78 - $38.57 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Flexible schedules/shifts are required, involving several hours of daily driving of fleet trucks to sites within your assigned territory/node.
