Senior Mechanical Engineer
Qualifications
- Design of plumbing and fire protection systems for buildings.
- This may include domestic hot and cold water, sanitary and vent, storm drainage, natural and medical gas, compressed air, sprinkler, fire pump, and clean agent fire suppression systems.
- Preparation of construction documents including calculations, drawings, details, and specifications.
- Construction administration services such as site visits, construction meetings, review of submittals, and responding to RFI’s.
Requirements
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit required.
- Responsible B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field required.
- EIT Certification or PE License is preferred, not required.
- 4+ years prior experience in designing plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD and Revit required.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees, especially Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineers.
- Willing to learn new interesting technical fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on several projects at once.
- Ability to work in a team environment, self-starter, demonstrated organizational skills, and willingness to learn.

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $90,000 - $115,000.
