About the role
Join our Central Engineering team and play a key role in designing and delivering customized low and medium voltage equipment. We’re looking for a driven Mechanical Engineer who thrives in an engineered-to-order (ETO) environment and is passionate about building innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of power system projects from concept through completion, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
- Develop and optimize designs, review customer specifications and one-line diagrams, coordinate with plant engineering, and support production to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and uphold compliance with industry and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 4–5+ years of engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of power systems and ETO equipment
- Proficiency with tools such as Creo, Order Editor, SEE PM, ACE, and ACE Test
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Project management experience is a plus
- PE license is a plus
