Senior Mechanical Engineer
About the role
CMTA, a Legence Company, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in Consulting Engineering for our Boston and Framingham office. This position will work with a team of engineers to design the mechanical aspects of energy efficient buildings for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects
- Design heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and plumbing systems
- Interact with clients and attend meetings
- Provide guidance to staff engineers
- Review contractor submittals
- Evaluate and select engineering techniques
- Confer with other engineers and personnel
- Research and analyze customer design proposals
- Design mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes
- Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a mechanical engineer
- EIT or PE Certificate
- Project Management
- Interfacing with clients
- Cooling and heating plants
- METP Design
- Revit/AutoCAD

Pay
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
