Duration: 12 months contract with potential extension
Schedule: 9/80A, 1st Shift
Pay: $60.00 - $87.50 per hour on W2
Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens with an active clearance

The Senior Mechanical Engineer - Test Equipment role at Raytheon involves leading the design, development, documentation, and maintenance of advanced mechanical test systems for Raytheon effector products. This includes creating innovative solutions for production testing environments such as vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, documentation, and maintenance of advanced mechanical test systems.
• Create innovative solutions for production testing environments including vibration, thermal, hydraulic, radio frequency, and electro-optical systems.
• Integrate and validate test systems to meet stringent performance and reliability standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Expertise in mechanical design and CAD modeling (ProE/CREO Parametric).
• Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis.
• Experience with configuration management.
