We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have company description and job description. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (maybe from Job Description), Responsibilities (list of duties), Qualifications (list of requirements), Skills (maybe from Preferred Experience?), Benefits (maybe from "Why You Want to Work Here" includes benefits). Pay and Schedule not present, so omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, social media links, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, job description, qualifications, responsibilities, preferred experience, benefits, etc. We need to format as HTML fragment only. Let's extract content: Company Description: At Coffman Engineers, we serve as both prime consultant and sub consultant on projects large and small, including commercial, retail, institutional, government, industrial, and project/construction management. Incorporated in 1979, we have employees in more than 24 locations serving clients across the United States and overseas. To meet client objectives and to integrate our many disciplines, we can create teams comprised of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and corrosion control, as well as project/construction managers and professionals in a variety of specialty services. This ability has made us a leader in the engineering and construction communities, and has strengthened our reputation as being progressive, innovative, and a great place to work. Job Description: Coffman Engineers is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with ten or more years of experience to help grow and strengthen our Dallas office. We are looking for a licensed PE with experience delivering complex healthcare, federal, higher education, and industrial projects who is excited to lead major project pursuits, mentor engineers, and help expand our mechanical practice across Texas and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, helping expand our capabilities in federal, education, mission critical/data center, healthcare, and industrial markets. This individual will lead the design and delivery of complex mechanical systems, mentor developing engineers, support business development efforts, and help grow the office's technical depth. Through strong leadership and engineering expertise, they will play a key role in advancing Coffman's reputation for quality, innovation, and exceptional client service. Qualifications (section heading appears): Key Responsibilities (list). Then after that: Qualifications (list). Then Preferred Experience (list). Then Additional Information: This is not a remote position. This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires in-person attendance. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the office. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Then "Why You Want to Work Here": ... Coffman offers comprehensive benefits, including a flexible PTO program and a fun environment with family-friendly policies. We support and encourage individually tailored professional and technical advancement as well as personal growth. Also includes Coffman at a Glance stats. We need to remove boilerplate: "Additional Information Why You Want to Work Here" maybe treat as Benefits section. Also "Coffman at a Glance" maybe part of company description? It's stats; could be included in About the role or company description. We must not include application instructions, EEO, social media, etc. We need to decide sections: - About the role (or maybe About the company). Could combine company description and job description into About the role? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have:

    About the role

with prose summarizing company description and job description? But we must preserve all substantive information, not summarize away detail. So we need to include the details, not just summary. Could embed the company description and job description as paragraphs under About the role. Then Responsibilities: list of duties from Key Responsibilities. Then Qualifications: list of required qualifications (Bachelor's degree, PE license, 10 years experience, knowledge of codes, ASHRAE). Also maybe include "Ability to travel" as a qualification? It's mentioned under Qualifications section after list? Actually after Qualifications list there is "Ability to travel". That is a requirement. Then Skills: maybe from Preferred Experience list (healthcare facility design experience, federal project experience, higher education, industrial, experience leading projects >$10M, mentoring, load calc software, AutoCAD/Revit, energy modeling). Those could be considered Skills or Preferred Experience. Since we have a Skills heading, we can put those there. Benefits: from "Why You Want to Work Here": comprehensive benefits, flexible PTO program, fun environment, family-friendly policies, support for professional/technical advancement and personal growth. Also maybe "Coffman at a Glance" stats could be considered benefits? Not exactly. But we can include those as part of About the role or separate? Probably better to include them in About the role as they describe company. We must not create Pay or Schedule sections because not present. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. Let's craft HTML:

    Benefits:

    Benefits

Coffman offers comprehensive benefits, including a flexible PTO program and a fun environment with family-friendly policies. We support and encourage individually tailored professional and technical advancement as well as personal growth.

We might also include "Coffman at a Glance" stats as part of About the role? Could add another paragraph after company description but before job description? Already included company description; we could add a paragraph about Coffman at a Glance: "47 years in business 900+ employees serving clients throughout the U.S. and overseas from more than 23 locations Multi-discipline engineering services plus corrosion control, commissioning and project/construction management 70+ employees in 9 offices, providing Fire Protection services since 2014 #34 Top 80 Engineering Firms, Building Design + Construction, 2022 #29 Zweig Group Hot Firm List, Zweig Group, 2021 #161 Top 500 Design Firms, Engineering News-Record, 2023". This is substantive info about company. Should we include? It's part of "Additional Information" but not boilerplate. It's factual. So we can add a paragraph under About the role after company description. Thus About the role will have three paragraphs: company description, Coffman at a Glance, job description. Make sure not to repeat any content. Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed EEO, application instructions, social media
