Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – CREO (Onsite-Moorestown, NJ)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (CREO) to support a global aerospace company. In this role, you will design and analyze mechanical structures, enclosures, and electronic modules using CREO for 3D modeling and ANSYS for thermal and structural analysis, supporting design verification, testing, and production.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, verification, and production support of mechanical structures, enclosures, and electronic modules for multiple programs across the RMS Line of Business
• Collaborate with Systems, Electrical Engineers, Drafting, and Operations personnel to develop detailed designs and assembly strategies
• Interface with cross-functional teams throughout design, development, integration, testing, and requirements verification
• Support technical data packages, design reviews, supplier engagement, and lab & test facility activities

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 10+ years of experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years using CREO for mechanical modeling
• 3+ years using ANSYS for thermal and structural analysis

Pay

$80/hr – $115/hr (DOE)

This is a 12-month contract role (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week (4-day, 10-hour shifts per week) position onsite in Moorestown, NJ. This is a W-2 role with Stage 4 Solutions.
