Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
About the role
You will be hands on designing and building the first of its kind home testing system. This person will directly own key parts of the system, with a wide scope to have an impact. You will work closely with the production teams to create systems that are elegant to use, but also manufacturable at scale.
SiPhox Health is building a first-of-its-kind consumer diagnostics platform that brings complex biochemical analyses into the home through integrated silicon photonics, microfluidics, embedded systems, and advanced assay development. Our chip-based solution integrates state-of-the-art biochemistry, photonics, electronics, and microfluidics to deliver the power of large laboratory instruments in a portable device.

Department: Product Engineering. Work location: Burlington, MA (on-site), with some travel to manufacturing sites in the US, Europe and Asia. Trips typically for 1-2 weeks in duration as required.
