Senior Materials Program Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority initiatives to scale the company’s physical footprint, streamline material flow, and safeguard high-value inventory.
- Develop a deep understanding of material management and flow, sub-tier suppliers, and geopolitical dynamics that drive risk in the supply chain.
- Build analytics to size exposure, monitor leading indicators, and inform investment decisions on inventory, material flow, ERP/WMS integration, and federal compliance.
- Synthesize analyses into a coherent material management strategy and bring it to life through executive recommendations.
- Own work end-to-end — from problem definition, to quantitative modeling, to exec-ready synthesis, to cross-functional implementation.
- Structure and lead working sessions with senior leaders to frame decisions and drive alignment on trade-offs that materially shape the cost, schedule, and resilience of the production base.
- Translate complex findings into crisp narratives enabling rapid decision-making.
- Collaborate with executives to build clear frameworks to structure problems.
- Master ERP, MRP, and supply chain data, and build scrappy analyses on short timelines.
- Develop tooling / dashboards that let functional teams continuously measure and act on critical metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain operations, management consulting, or similar roles.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

- Self-driven and proactive, ready to solve problems independently.
- Comfortable with complex data and analytical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting data to large groups and senior leadership.
