Senior Master Medical Aesthetician

About the role

AOB Med Spa is expanding and seeking a Senior Master Medical Aesthetician to join our elite team in Denver’s #1 Medical Spa. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of laser experience with multiple modalities, a passion for aesthetics, and a strong track record in sales and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, including full-face assessments and VISIA Imaging
• Develop individualized care plans and revisit annually
• Perform pre- and post-treatment photos in a dedicated photography room
• Recommend and deliver advanced treatments (e.g., BBL, HALO, MOXI, TRL/Profractional, Morpheus8, Tixel, Coolsculpting, injectables, IPL, laser hair removal, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, PRP/PRF)
• Cross-sell services and home care products to meet patient goals
• Meet or exceed monthly sales metrics and maintain high close rates (75% for services, 40% for products)
• Self-manage outreach programs and follow up on consultations
• Create weekly social media video content per the social media calendar
• Maintain clinical supply inventory and equipment

Requirements

• Current Colorado Aesthetics License
• Minimum 3 years of medical aesthetics experience
• Certified Laser Technician (plus)
• Chemical peel certification (plus)
• Sales ability with a proven track record of closing high-dollar tickets
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Weekly social media video posting (minimum)
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude, high motivation, and a collaborative mindset

Skills

• Mastery of Sciton platforms (MOXI, BBL, HALO, Ablative Re-Surfacing TRL/Profractional) a plus
• Proficiency with Inmode devices (Morpheus8, Lumecca, Diolase, Skinpen)
• Experience with Coolsculpting, injectables (Botox/Dysport, Kybella, Volbella, Vollure, Volux, Kysse, Sculptra), PRP/PRF, and exosome treatments
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Leadership and mentorship within a team environment
