About the role

We are growing and looking to add another amazing Senior Medical Aesthetician to our fun and successful team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of laser experience with multiple modalities. We are Sciton predominant with our MOXI, BBL, HALO, and Ablative Re-Surfacing TRL/Profractional treatments. Mastery of Sciton Platforms is a huge plus.

We offer advanced medical spa treatments under the direction and supervision of our Medical Director Gregory Buford, M.D., who has over 20+ years in Laser Medicine/Injectables. AOB Med Spa is equipped with all new cutting-edge technology, with the sole purpose of delivering the most effective and relevant treatments to ensure each of our clients reach their highest personal goals. Responsibilities

• Guide aesthetic patients through every step of their journey starting with a comprehensive consultation and VISIA Imaging system
• Perform all pre and post treatment photos including VISIA photos in our dedicated photography room
• Conduct complimentary consultations with full media presentations, credentialing the practice, staff, and services, and creating a year-long individualized care plan for each patient
• Revisit patient care plans annually
• Meet or exceed all monthly sales metrics goals
• Cross-sell other services we offer
• Self-manage outreach program and follow up on all consultations
• Create weekly social media video requirements according to the social media calendar and content
• Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills
• Manage inventory and maintenance of clinical supplies
• Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team

Requirements

• Current Colorado Aesthetics License
• Minimum of 3 years medical aesthetics experience
• Sales ability to close high-dollar tickets at least at a 75% close rate on services and 40% on products sold with services
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Social media: minimum of one educational video post per week
• Certified Laser Technician Certification is a plus
• Chemical peel certification
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly motivated, driven, with a positive attitude and successful sales track record
• Willing to utilize marketing tools to expand the existing client base through our Outreach Program
