Senior Marketing Underwriter

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Marketing Underwriter to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will focus on advanced underwriting analysis, pricing strategy, and portfolio performance for commercial accounts. You will partner closely with internal teams and external relationships to support profitable growth, retention, and disciplined risk selection across new business and renewals. The position also requires strong decision-making, policy structuring expertise, and consistent compliance with underwriting standards and regulatory requirements. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Perform advanced trend analytics and provide pricing recommendations for new business and renewals Achieve profitability, account retention, and written premium objectives set by leadership Make independent underwriting decisions adhering to established guidelines and policies Develop and adjust policy structures to meet client needs while managing risk Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies during underwriting activities Maintain comprehensive records of policies underwritten and decisions made Qualifications Bachelor's degree in insurance, finance, economics, or a related field preferred 10+ years of commercial underwriting and/or marketing experience CPCU certification preferred Proven track record in building strong relationships with internal and external partners High-energy self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a goal-oriented approach Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Benefits Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Dynamic work environment emphasizing initiative and creativity Collaborative culture that values relationship-building with clients and partners Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
