About the Role

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for current and future Senior Marketing Specialist opportunities across our Commercial organization. These positions may be located in Midland, MI, Collegeville, PA or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Drive effective deployment across digital and traditional channels to maximize reach, engagement, and demand generation.
  • Ensure strong communication, enablement, and support tools are in place to drive channel effectiveness and growth.
  • Partner closely with Strategic and Field Marketing Managers to translate segment strategy into actionable plans.
  • Build strong understanding of competitive dynamics, market pricing, and formulation value to support margin expansion and volume growth.
  • Partner with TS&D to prioritize and advance key portfolio projects, with emphasis on broad market opportunities.
  • Support planning, execution, and development of commercial-ready outputs and materials.
  • Establish credibility as a go-to resource for market intelligence and trends within the organization.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

  • Market Analysis: Ability to assess market conditions, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and performance data to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
  • Cross Functional Team Leadership: Ability to lead and influence diverse teams across functions, fostering collaboration, accountability, and alignment to achieve business goals.
  • Innovation Management: Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new ideas, products, processes, or technologies that drive business growth and competitive advantage.
  • Value Propositions: Ability to develop and communicate compelling customer value propositions that clearly articulate product benefits, differentiation, and business impact.

  • Relocation assistance is not available for these positions.
  • This position may require travel based on business needs. Travel frequency and duration may vary and specific expectations will be discussed as business requirements evolve.
