Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for the execution of projects utilizing both print and digital mediums. This position will assist with creative development and strategy for marketing projects with the goal of maximizing revenue potential and building engagement in various marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing manager on creative materials and campaigns.
• Design and develop both print and digital marketing collaterals.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Update company SharePoint and website.
• Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• Basic photography and videography for social media.
• Leading role in trade show planning, coordination, and execution.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience or a combination of education and experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and comprehend documents and follow simple instructions.
• Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy, with strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends if necessary.
• Adherence to all safety rules, policies, and regulations in relationship to OSHA and Mark VII Equipment standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and use hands to grip regularly.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer.
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined.
