Senior Marketing Specialist

Works closely with the Chief Marketing & Brand Officer to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies, overseeing multi-faceted print and digital marketing activities that enhance brand awareness. Provides expertise in four core areas: Social Media Management, Event Planning & Coordination, Creative, and Education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, demographic data, activity, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal/external creative teams to identify and recommend innovative marketing campaigns, branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising.
• Oversee campaigns and projects from concept to completion, including search marketing, lead generation, prospecting efforts, social media marketing, SEO, and digital analysis.
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to relay product messages to customers.
• Evaluate key performance metrics to manage marketing campaign performance, maximizing ROI.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and vendors through networking and prospecting.
• Develop and display expertise in events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
• Design and develop marketing materials.
• Draft press and media releases.
• Communicate with public relations and media contacts.
• Assist in the preparation of and conduct presentations.
• Maintain company websites and social media.
• Monitor and assess customer feedback.
• Enforce brand standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service, marketing, or sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of the principles of marketing, marketing tools, and techniques.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Proficient in social media marketing.
