Senior Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel regional marketing programs through entire customer journey, to include campaigns, website and social promotional activities, press releases, promotional materials, ads, webinars, events, development of prospect lists by persona, country, product groupings, and run customer communications, and/or other activities.
- Establish relevant market-based tactics and SMART success measurements integrated marketing campaigns aligned with best practices to support sales and NA market efforts.
- Lead and support integration of marketing initiatives tied to key events, including tradeshows, regional events, and customer programs.
- Develop and align content, messaging, and campaign assets to ensure readiness across stakeholders and channels.
- Ensure event-driven activities are fully integrated into demand generation strategies.
- Drive lead management, including capture, nurturing, and coordination of leads to ensure sales and marketing best practices and business growth.
- Ensure all regionally developed materials align under the corporate image, positioning, and messaging throughout all laboratory solutions, promotional materials, campaigns, events, and all other mediums.
- Manage timelines and cross-functional dependencies for event and campaign deliverables, ensuring accountability and on-time execution.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and use data to inform optimization decisions.
- Apply AI tools responsibly, ensuring compliance with brand, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
- Test, adopt, and support the integration of AI tools into creative workflows and share learnings and best practices with the team.
- Ensure consistency between AI-generated outputs and Clinisys brand standards.
- Leverage AI-driven insights to inform targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization strategies.

Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in marketing communications and campaign creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience working in a corporate or agency environment.
- Experience supporting or coordinating trade shows, customer events, or conferences.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in regional marketing focused on content generation, lead generation, awareness campaigns, and supporting product launches/releases/EOL/EOS.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking.
Preferred Experience & Education
- Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to communicate with and present to clinical and technical experts and leadership.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, or healthcare information systems.
- Experience in event-driven pipeline generation strategies (pre-event, at-event, post-event).

Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment (Raleigh, NC / Tucson, AZ / Carmel, IN). This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.

Pay Range
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is generally within the range of $85,000 - $110,000 for annual base salary. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
Physical Requirements
- Work is performed in a normal office or setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Up to 50% travel may be required.
- Moderate lifting/carrying 15-44 lbs.; use of fingers; walking/standing 2-6 hours.
- Exposure to hazardous materials or various weather conditions.
- Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization.
- May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements.
